In December 2020, we initiated the customized corporate versions of Gratitude Encounter™, and in January 2021, we began tracking the Hope scores of participants at every session.
We measure impact by tracking changes in participants' hope levels through anonymous self-reporting at the start and end of each session using Mentimeter. This tool allows participants to express their current level of hope confidentially, ensuring honest and accurate reflections. On average, participants report a 23% increase in hope levels following the session.

Yes, all responses collected via Mentimeter are completely anonymous, meaning no personal information is collected, stored, or used. This ensures a safe and secure environment for participants to share and reflect openly.

We use two simple, user-friendly platforms:
Zoom for the live session, allowing for meaningful face-to-face interaction and intimate small group conversations in breakout rooms
Mentimeter for interactive participation, including sharing responses, contributing to discussions, and completing the hope measurements
Participants only need a device with internet access, the ability to join a Zoom call, and a web browser to access Mentimeter (no download required).

A standard Gratitude Encounter™ session is 60 minutes, divided into five segments focusing on different aspects of gratitude and connection. If you'd like extra elements or a Q&A session, a 90-minute format is available, providing more time for deeper discussion and practical application.

We will record sessions upon request for your internal use—ideal for revisiting the experience or sharing it with absent team members. Occasionally, we'll also record sessions for quality improvement purposes, but these recordings are never shared publicly and are kept confidential.

Yes, photographs may be taken to capture the positive spirit and energy of the Encounter. Participants have the option to turn their cameras on or off, especially during group photos. Many clients use these images to share the session's positive outcomes internally.
